Your Event/Activity form should be completed Tuesday, by 3pm, before the
Sunday that you want it announced.
Events with ticket purchase will be announced not more than 4 Sundays
and events that do not require a ticket will be announced for 2 Sundays.
Check requests must be submitted and approved 2 weeks proir to the event
or sooner.

Upload a flyer, picture, or text information that you want announced.
Only one file can be uploaded. If you have multiple items, collect them
into a "PDF" or "ZIP" file and upload it.

Please attach proposed program or order of service with intended participants'
names. If not available at time the proposal is submitted, the participants
are to be approved proir to asking them to participate.
Things such as microphones, tele-conferencing equipment, computers, projectors,
specific software, etc.
Insert what you want the announcer to say during service's event announcements.
Please be brief noting the most important and descriptive information
regarding your event.
This electronic form is for use by officers of New Hope MBC Ministries
for the purpose of scheduling use of church resources for upcoming events
sponsored by the Ministries. Any other use is prohibited. All proposals
must be approved by the Pastor.
Careful consideration is taken with all requests; however, some may not
be honored exactly as requested.
